Payment information — collected to process your payment securely. Legal basis: contract — necessary to fulfil your order. Your payment data is processed entirely by Squarespace Payments and is never stored by us.

Email address (newsletter) — collected when you subscribe to our newsletter to send you new collection announcements, behind the lens stories and early access to limited editions. Legal basis: consent — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Name, email address and message content (contact form) — collected to enable us to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests — to respond to communications directed to us.

IP address, browser type and pages visited — collected automatically by Squarespace Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website. No personally identifiable information is stored. Legal basis: legitimate interests — website improvement.

4. How long we keep your data

Order data — we retain order information including your name, address and order details for 7 years in accordance with HMRC record keeping requirements for tax purposes.

Newsletter subscribers — we retain your email address until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

Contact form enquiries — we retain the content of contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up.

Your order fulfilment data is processed by Gelato, which operates a global network of print facilities. Your delivery address is shared only with the facility closest to your delivery address. Gelato complies with applicable data protection legislation in all jurisdictions in which it operates.
