The Extra Ordinary UK is a trading name operated by James Wolfisz. Our principal place of business is 37 Turpins Chase, Welwyn AL6 0RP. You can contact us at studio@theextraordinary.uk.

By placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Our products

All prints sold on this website are made to order. Each print is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase using archival pigment inks on 250gsm museum-quality matte paper. Framed prints are available in 30×30cm and 50×50cm and 70×70cm.

Product images on this website are as accurate as we can make them. However colours may appear slightly differently on screen compared to the finished print due to variations in monitor calibration and the nature of fine art printing. We always aim for the highest possible colour accuracy.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

Free standard delivery is included on all orders.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.

As each print is made to order specifically for you, your order enters production shortly after confirmation. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order as we may not be able to make changes once production has begun.

5. Production and delivery

All prints are produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being confirmed. Delivery typically takes a further 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery is fulfilled by Gelato, our print and fulfilment partner, using their global network of print facilities. This means your order is produced and dispatched from the facility closest to your delivery address, reducing transit times and environmental impact.

We will send you a dispatch confirmation email including tracking information when your order leaves the print facility. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and refunds

As each print is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This is standard practice for made-to-order products and is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us at studio@theextraordinary.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. We may ask you to return the damaged item before processing a replacement.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the fulfilment partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your order fails to meet these standards please contact us and we will make it right.

8. Intellectual property

All photographs, images, text and other content on this website are the intellectual property of James Wolfisz trading as The Extra Ordinary UK and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, display or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a print gives you the right to display that print in your home or business. It does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, copy or use the image commercially without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available separately on this website. By using this website and placing orders you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Extra Ordinary UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

We make every effort to ensure this website is accurate and available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is completely up to date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of this website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
