Shipping

Free worldwide delivery — every order is delivered free of charge regardless of destination. There is no minimum spend and no delivery surcharges at checkout.

Production time — as every print is made to order specifically for you, please allow 3–5 working days for your print to be produced before it is dispatched.

UK delivery — once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our print facility.

International delivery — delivery times vary by destination. As a guide, European orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch and rest of world orders within 5–10 working days. All international orders include tracking.

Fulfilment — all prints are produced and dispatched by Gelato, our specialist print and fulfilment partner, from the facility closest to your delivery address. This reduces transit times and environmental impact.

Tracking — you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order please get in touch.

Returns

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This is standard practice for made-to-order products — your print is produced fresh from your original file and is unique to your order.

We take quality seriously and every print leaves our facility in perfect condition. However if something goes wrong we will always make it right.

Damaged on arrival — if your print arrives damaged please contact us at hello@theextraordinary.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect order — if you receive the wrong print or the wrong size please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Lost in transit — if your order has not arrived within 14 working days of your dispatch notification please get in touch and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights — nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Common Questions

  • As your print enters production shortly after your order is confirmed we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us at studio@theextraordinary.uk as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.

  • Yes — all framed prints arrive ready to hang with fixings included.

  • All prints are carefully packaged by our fulfilment partner Gelato to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Framed prints are wrapped in protective materials and dispatched in rigid packaging designed specifically for artwork.

  • We deliver to most addresses worldwide including remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address please get in touch before placing your order and we will confirm.

  • Because Gelato produces your print at the facility closest to your delivery address, most orders are produced domestically and do not attract customs charges. In rare cases where cross-border shipping is required, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We will always aim to fulfil your order from the closest facility to minimise this risk.
